Zanzibar Gourmet Private Charter with Chef Fabio
In November 2017 there was yet another collaboration between the Zanzibar Gourmet team and their guests and the crew of Safari Blue. A group of 14 foodies accompanied by Chef Fabio Haebel took a private charter trip with us. It was at first somewhat daunting to be cooking for the well renowned Chef Fabio of Tarterie St Pauli. However, the Safari Blue catering team rose to the challenge and served up our delicious Safari Blue lunch and guess what ? they loved it!! We are proud of our Swahili inspired snacks, sauces and staples. Locally based recipes, locally sourced ingredients all prepared with a twist!
