Our friends at Chumbe island have produced a sustainable Seafood Guide and we are very happy that the seafood we serve on Safari Blue is all in the Green section of the guide – that means it’s all in the “good choices” section! We, like Chumbe Island, adopt a sustainable seafood purchasing policy. We don’t just apply this to seafood but to all our fruit and vegetables too! It shows greens really are good for you!
